The mission of “Senior Yoga” is to provide health enhancing and life enriching yoga practices to our senior population.
These classes are providing yoga  specifically designed to meet seniors’ health concerns on a weekly basis:
They include Hatha Yoga postures and movements,  breathing and relaxation techniques. They will help to increase the flow of energy to the glands, rebalance your hormones, combat age-related loss of muscle, strengthen bones and nerves, keep joints and ligaments flexible, correct balance and coordination, help prevent osteoporosis and degenerative changes in joints and the spine, stabilize emotions and increase vitality and well being.
